Story related, cannot be missed.

You will earn this during the eleventh mission, "Burn the Queen", after you rescue Wayne. Once you've picked the lock to his cage and entered, your character will start talking to Wayne. The trophy will unlock after they say "Wait, Did You Say Marshal?".
