How to unlock the Bad Day on the Moon achievement in Destroy All Humans! 2 - Definitive Guide

The only odd job on Solaris can be accessed and completed after completing the main story's final mission, 'Milenkov.' What you'll have to do is, once you get the mission from the Cosmonaut Base, head to the Radar Array and take out all of the Blisk (16 Berserkers and 2 mutants). Use the Zap-O-Matic to break the shields down and then let loose with your Disintegrator. Once all have been dealt with, modify the radar dishes with whatever message you want to send and then aim them towards the NW towards the same base.

Next up is the mines. You'll find the close quarters combat to be a bit harder as you'll find KGB Cosmonauts also littering the tunnels. This is where an upgraded Burrow Beast can come in handy, or a Gastro (or both). With the BB, launch the beacon and then, when all of the Blisk near are eaten, PK the beacon and proceed further in. If you run out of ammo, you can still zap-and-shoot, or you can transmog the crates and hope for either ammunition packets.

A very boring trophy, where you need to destroy 57 large Martians, the most effective weapon is the “worm”, which kills them at once.

You can also gather Blisks into crowds and use a fully upgraded Zap Gun against them, which will deal damage to several enemies in a row at once. For me this was the most effective method.
You can also use the Ion Detonator for variety, but only on the condition that you also purchased all the upgrades for it. Otherwise, the grenades will only tickle those annoying cockroaches.
