You will need 117 Furotech Cells to completely upgrade this; you will not, however, be able to max it out until you retrieve the Blisk Datacore from Tunguska. Given how little the ammo capacity is for this weapon, it should only be used for extreme cases anyway, so save this one for the end list if necessary.
