Nano4211 has provided a video that shows the collection process for all 40 Furotech Cells and 10 Alien Artifacts for Tunguska. The one thing to note, and I came across this early, was that you will only have 37/40 cells if you collect all of them prior to Mission 20, which will actually allow you to collect the last one in the southwest location. Do not worry about not having 39/40 as it counts for the last three.
