For this achievement, you need you will first have to unlock the ability to revisit an area, after completing all missions there. The first area that you can do this in is Turnipseed Farm.
After traveling to Turnipseed Farm, you must complete any challenge with at least a bronze star. You can choose from Race, Rampage, Abduction, and Armageddon. Since you don't have to get 3 stars for this particular achievement, any type will do, because it is pretty easy to get a bronze on any of them.
Note: If you are having trouble finding the challenges, just look at your minimap and you can see the icons of the challenges. Just keep going that direction of one until you find a little blue square projection that is floating.

After completing Turnipseed Farm, simply choose to visit the map instead of going on to the next mission.
The nect stage is to follow the map to the golden marker and then finish the challenge with at least one star.
You need to abduct cows by picking them up with
and then holding and releasing it, toward the abduct-o-ray, every cow that's alive when abducted gets uou +1 DNA for personal use.
