You can get this achievement on the level Santa Modesta. Its the third level you unlock.
Head up the big hill in the area and right next to the TV station there is a donut shop with a large donut on top of it. Just fly right through with your jetpack and you should get the achievement pretty easily.

Seems to be pretty lenient. I definitely bumped into that thing and the achievement still unlocked.

Fly with your Jetpack through the hole of one of the giant donuts which you can find on the roof of Tasty Pete’s. One of these stores is in Santa Modesta near the Radio station.

In this video guide I will show you how to display Furonic aeronautic prowess by soaring through giant human pastry without soiling your feet. This is done on level three, Santa Modesta. First look for the radio station since its big and easy to find. If you have to, climb on top of it to find the donut shop easier. Once you find the giant donut you will need to fly through it without touching the ground. If it doesn't pop right away, fly through it a few times and it will pop.

After you Complete the Santa Modesta Missions, you will Unlock the Area in Challenge/Free-Roam Mode. Enter here and when you spawn, head SOUTH-EAST until you see "Tasty Pete's". It has a Giant Donut on top
You need to Jetpack through the Donut Hole for this Achievement. Jumping through will not work. You need to Jetpack through!

Here is my 100% Achievement guide and full walkthrough so you don't miss a thing.
Once you complete the Santa Modesta Missions, you have the ability to free roam.
When you start, head South East up the hill and you will spot a TV station and a donut shop Called Tasty Petes.
On top of Tasty Petes, you need to just simply jetpack through said donut to unlock this.
Another route if your confused.
If you are in or around the beach area.. look North and you'll see a Church Steeple in the back ground..
Head towards that and you will encounter the donut shop before then.
Go to 1:59:40 in my part 1 video to see where and how to unlock this

Across from SMCBS will be a church and a donut shop with a large donut on top of the bakery. What you'll need to do is fly through the donut from one side and make it to the other side without having your feet touch the interior of the faux dough ring. Some suggestions have been to ascend up and then dash through, while another could be to simply control your hoverpack to where you brush the top of it with your head and avoiding it with your feet. Whichever suggestion you take, make your way through the ring and land down on the grass or asphalt on the opposite side and wait a few seconds to see if it registers the trophy for you.
