On my initial playthrough, I had this not unlock for me. When I went back to complete the secondary objectives, this popped for me, so replaying will allow you to unlock this if it does not pop somehow

I have played through the mision twice now and still havent gotten the achievment what should i do now?

Hi, just a general hint for this boss - what I did was get the 3rd Upgrade for the Dash ability before starting mission 18 where you fight this giant robot boss
Once you begin the fight and start taking any damage then you can use the Upgraded Dash ability ( B button) to basically circle the arena where the fight takes place until your shield regenerates. Works on all phases of the boss but on phase 2 and 3 you have to avoid the orange circles on the ground which is pretty easy actually. All the other robot weaponry and basic soldiers will just miss you if you stay on the move.

Another thing no one said was you can replenish shields using the Y button with things like trucks

Here is my 100% Achievement guide and full walkthrough so you don't miss a thing.
This is for defeating General Armquist!
This is a relatively easy fight, he shoots rockets at you which you need to avoid while other soldiers try to get at you too.
If you want to go for the optional quest too (Collect Ammo Spawn during the fight)
Simply keep pressing
to dash around the area, collecting ammo as you go and avoiding the generals onslaught.
Either way, dash and unleash all your weaponry on him to kill him.
Go to 38:25 in my part 2 video to see the beginning and all of this boss fight.
