This is "The Learn'd Scholar" achievement.
You have to get the three Data Storage Devices and view them. They can be found in the following locations:
Blue - In the first floor security room next to the lasers in the admin section. The room is in the SE corner of the map (NW of the stairs leading to the second floor).
Red - In the last room on the right, just before the morgue, after the cutscene with the prisoner Nina.
Green - In the secret laboratory (after taking the elevator in the morgue), on the left side of the room.
(Note: the yellow data storage device is given to you as part off the main plot and has nothing to do with this achievement)
Once you have all three, you can view them in the lab where you found the green one by placing each on a holographic table. The achievement will pop when you view the third.

Missable! This is a newly added collectible trophy that introduces data storage devices. There are a total of three of them scattered throughout Rifleman Bank Station.
