How to unlock the He's [Not] Dead, Jim achievement in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - Definitive Guide

Steps to get this achievement:

1. Choose the Bank Heist instead of saving Allison at Mission 11/12

2. Once you get into the vault during the heist, find and hack into the safe and take the antidote.

3. During the final mission in London, immediately after choosing to go after Marchenko or the delegates, talk to Miller again. He will tell you they forced him to drink the champagne, and to keep the antidote for the delegates, then you have the choice of giving it to him or saving it. Give it to him to pop the cheevo

This can only be unlocked if you've done the Palisade Bank heist (M12) instead of saving the bomb-maker (M11).

Once you're in the vault that the mission requires you to reach, there will be a safe in it. Access it however you want and get the Antidote that's inside.

That item is pretty much useless up until you find Miller in the catering area during M16/M17. After the initial conversation/cutscene, you'll be asked whether to stop Marchenko or save the delegates. After your choise, talk to Miller again and when asked, choose to give him the antidote. You'll save Miller and unlock the achievement.

Note: Regardless of what others say, giving Miller the antidote won't void "Spokes in two wheels", since you reach the delegates and prevent them from drinking any champagne in the first place. Therefore, both achievements can be unlocked in the same playthrough and without any reloading.

**Minor Spoiler**

To get this achievement once you get inside the vault during the The Heist mission. There is a safe you can access. Hack it first and inside is the antidote. Later in the game you will meet with Jim Miller you have the option to give him the antidote or not. Give it to him and you get achievement.

(Highly Missable!)

During Main Mission M12: The Heist, during the Access the Versalife vault objective, you must hack/open the safe inside the vault and retrieve the Orchid Neutralizing Enzyme. In Mission 15: Securing The Convention Centre, as part of the story you’ll eventually encounter an injured and poisoned Miller in the Catering Area. After the conversation with Marcenko, talk to Miller again and choose to "Administer Antidote" to him and you'll unlock the trophy.

This achievement is missable and is earned at the start of Mission 16, Stopping Marchenko / Mission 17, Protecting the Future.

Provided you completed Mission 12, The Heist, during your playthrough, you will have in your possession the Orchid Antidote. After speaking with Miller at the end of Mission 15, you will be tasked with stopping Marchenko or protecting the delegates. Before you leave the kitchen to tackle one of these objectives, speak with Miller again and give him the Antidote to save is life and unlock the achievement.

To get the trophy, after the 10th mission you need to make a choice in favor of “Bank”. There you will take the antidote. After you defeat the final boss, Miller will be lying on the kitchen floor. Give him the antidote and get the trophy.

I do not know why. But I took the antidote in the jar, but when talking with Miller, I did not have the opportunity to offer it to him!
I thought that I would have to save Nathaniel Brown with them, but as it turned out, no.

Apparently a glitch.

ADDED: After you enter the kitchen, the cat begins. scene. After the dialogue, approach Miller again and only then will the option appear to offer him an antidote, provided that you took it from the Bank. And this does not need to be done “After defeating the final boss”, as stated above. This must be done as soon as you get into the kitchen.

I saved the delegates, then killed the boss. No one said why they missed it.
After the first visit to his kitchen, and after choosing to kill the boss or save the delegates. Don't go anywhere. Just stand there until you get the chance to “talk.” And then he will give him the antidote.
