How to unlock the Help Desk achievement in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - Definitive Guide

When you speak to shadow child make sure to accept her figurine and be polite choosing positive dialogue options. She will tell you about a ripper (hacker) that works as the receptionist in the Palisade Blade.

When you enter the Palisade Blade, talk to the receptionist and choose the option Baba-Yaga-50 which is his ripper profile, unlocking the achievement. Easy!

While you are talking to ShadowChild, make sure to choose the option where you ask how she can help. She'll tell you about a ripper working the lobby desk at the bank. Enter the bank's front doors, talk to the guy behind the desk, and give him the ripper name she told you (Baba-Yaga-50) to get his help and unlock the achievement.

(Missable!)

To get this trophy, you must not skip the dialogue you have with Shadowchild, then when prompted, choose Ripper which will get Shadowchild to share the code word BABAYAGA50. Once you have it, go to the Palisade Blade lobby and speak to the desk clerk and choose the correct dialogue option for the trophy. The dialogue option will not be available if you didn't get the code word from Shadowchild earlier.

When you are speaking with ShadowChild in her apartment, be sure to accept her figurine request. This will lead to her informing you about a Ripper that works under the guise of a receptionist in the Palisade Blade. Once you enter the lobby of the Blade, speak with the desk clerk on the right-hand side of the room and choose the dialogue option "Baba-Yaga-50." He will acknowledge your affiliation with ShadowChild and deactivate the security measures, thus unlocking the achievement.
