This achievement can be earned from the moment you can roam the streets with Jensen in mission 2. To start it you must hack or enter the password 'Dobranoc' into the PC in an apartment two floors below Jensen's apartment. After reading all the emails, you will then have to catch a train to Palisade.
Once arriving at Palisade head towards the apartment building with the big '33' on the side of it (take the stairs to the left when leaving the station and it's right there) and head upstairs. You won't be able to get inside as the apartment is locked so you will need to climb around the side and into the apartment next door. Open up the vent found in this room and crawl through it to the other side. Once inside the apartment quickly rush to the terminal and hack it, this will allow you to gain control of the House AI which will allow you to call for a cleaner to come to the apartment. At the same time read the emails and collect the Pocket Sec's around the house to get the next objective, go to the Rave.
However, you must first travel to another area and come back to the apartment to find it clean with a towel swan made up on the bed containing a Neon Pass which will let you get into the RAVE. Head to the RAVE and find the dead body behind a locked door and take his pocket sec.
Now head to the apartment building the waypoint takes you and look for the rainbow swan on the door. Hack your way inside and interact with the soap bottle on the side bench to find the hidden door. Walk inside and open the safe for the next pocket sec and head to Jensen's apartment complex again.
Now go down the manhole beside the building until you find a locked gate, the password for both doors is 0311. Hang a left when in the room with all the enemies and head towards the security room to turn the cameras and lasers off. Keep to the left and you will drop into a room with the chemist.
Now you must have the Social Enhancement Augment to get the Persuade option then choose the Reverse Psychology Option and then the Help me Sabotage option. She will give you two biocells which you have to inject into the pods and then empty the containers and the achievement/trophy will unlock.

EDIT: Actually there is a level 1 panel in the back corner above the room with lasers you can hack to turn them off saving you using the multitool.
EDIT EDIT looks like that was a weird glitch because having watched the rest of the video you have to go in there and she gives you the code. When I finished talking to her I was outside the room and had to go back in using the code.

This trophy is related to Side Mission 00: Neon Nights. There are several possible methods of starting this quest such as overhearing conversations on the street or trading Neuropoyzne for Info from the Info Broker. It is possible to obtain the last part of the quest without even going through the initial parts where you’re scouting information. This mission must be completed before leaving Prague for Switzerland (Story Mission M13).
Dealing in Colors - You’ll get a Point of Interest (POI) marker if you bought the info or overheard it from the drug junkies south of Adam’s Apartment. The marker points to the apartment on the 1st level, in the same block as Adam’s Apartment. You can sneak in via the vents at the stairwell outside. Once inside, note the laptop on the kitchen tabletop and grab the Pocket Secretary on the coffee table just outside the kitchen area. Hack the computer and read the emails to reveal the next objective.
Behind our backs - Take the Metro to the north and enter apartment 202 in 33 Hvalni Apartments. You can hack the front door, or enter via a vent in apartment 203 next door. When you’re in, immediately hack the laptop near the couch to and choose Messaging to register yourself with the SmartHome Interface and prevent it from raising an alarm. Choose Environment > Call the Cleaners. Pick up a Pocket Secretary in the bathroom mentioning a secret Rave party. Take the Metro, go somewhere and return back here to find the apartment cleaned up. Head upstairs to the bedroom to see a swan-shaped towel. Examine it to receive the party invitation
The Rave - Go to the Courtyard next to Ludvik’s Lounge, swipe your card at the locked door (or alternatively punch the weakened wall on the left, and survive the electric currents while making your way inside). Head to the left from the door and observe two persons talking about a dead Aug. Hack the Lvl 1 door nearby and grab the Pocket Secretary
The Door of Perception - The trail now leads to Libuse apartment block. Look for a door with a swan logo on it. Break in, find a cleaning spray bottle near the kitchen and press it to reveal a locked safe. Hack the safe or use a Multi-Tool (craft it) to open it and grab everything in there. Hack the laptop and read the emails too.
Where All The Colors Come From - Head into the sewers, in the large area with the electrical current leaks, you can either head upwards on the higher ledge and open the door (the electrical breaker must be on, so if you turned it off, turn it on and quickly jump up) or head towards the right, hack the door open (code is 0311) and avoid/disable the turret. From here, there’s another further two paths to progress but I recommend just hacking the door behind the turret. Jump up to the pipes on the left, tranquilize the goon patrolling on the catwalks. You’ll find a laptop in that area, hack it and disable all cameras, turrets and lasers. Continue following the catwalks until you see some chemical tanks and a lady below you working on a computer. Approach her and a debate will start. If you don’t have the Social Aug, choose Warn > Confront to persuade her to sabotage. If you have the CASIE Social Aug, choose Dismantle > Persuade [
] > Reverse Psychology > Reverse Psychology for 500 XP. Hack the door to the tanks, place a Biocell into the containers left and right and hack the panel. You’ll receive a maximum 2250 XP for Completion, 200 XP for Ghost and 200 XP for Smooth Operator (if you weren’t spotted) for persuading the chemist to help you.

This achievement is missable and earned for competing Side Mission 00, Neon Nights.
This side mission can be triggered by eavesdropping on the junkies in the courtyard west of the police checkpoint outside Jensen's apartment complex. They will talk about the neon trade and this will mark the dealer's home on your map.
The dealer lives in Apartment 22 inside Jensen's complex. Sneak into the apartment by using the vent in the stairwell between the first and second floors. Inside the apartment, you must take down both dealers (non-lethally, preferably) and hack the laptop (Level 3) on the kitchen counter. Read every email to trigger the next objective.
Follow the objective marker, which will lead you to Apartment 202 at 33 Hlavni. You can hack the keypad (Level 2) on the front door, or use the Remote Hacking aug to open the shades on the windows and jump from the balcony ledge into the apartment. Once you're inside, head to the bathroom and pick up the pocket secretary near the bathtub.
To make entering the Rave Club easier, hack the laptop in the living of the apartment and use the house AI to open the wall panels and order a cleaning service. Leave the area (take the subway to another district) and return to the apartment. You will find a towel on top of the bed upstairs. Examine the towel and grab the Rave Party Keycard hidden inside.
Once again, follow the objective marker to the Rave Party, and use your keycard to enter the building. Take the corridor on your left and hack into the locked room at the end of this hallway. Inside you will find a dead body. Read the pocket secretary on the corpse and it will trigger the next objective.
Now, you will need to head on over to the marked apartment in the north-east district and activate the spray bottle on the kitchen counter to open a hidden room. Crack the safe (Level 4) and read the pocket secretary, which will give you yet another objective: the location to the drug operation HQ.
Travel to the sewers near Adam's apartment and continue following the objective waypoint(s). You will eventually sneak past a turret and find yourself on the catwalks of a large compound with several thugs on the bottom floor. Keep to the left on the catwalks and duck inside the alcove. Take out the guard here and hack into the laptop in order to shut down the security cameras and laser grids. Now you need to reach the waypoint in the far right corner of the base. Once you drop down into this room, you will engage in conversation with the chemist.
NOTE: You must have the "Social Enhancement" augmentation to get the "Persuade" option in dialogue. After persuading her, choose the "Reverse Psychology" option and then the "Help me Sabotage" option.
The chemist will hand over two Biocells. Enter the room to your right, place a Biocell into each drug tanks, and then activate the terminal to drain the neon, thus wrapping up this lengthy side quest and unlocking the achievement.

It's not the only way to get into a rave club (it's Deus Ex, since when is there only one way to get anywhere?). When you first visit an apartment in which a corpse and a letter are found, in which the rave club is mentioned, on the computer in the same apartment, order cleaning of the apartment through the secretary, I can’t say exactly when this event will trigger, but if after that you go, for example, to the headquarters Interpol apartment (main quest), then when you visit the same apartment again, which by the way will actually be cleaned and put in order, in the same room where the corpse lay, you can also find the key card to the door to the rave club (folded in the shape of a bird towel).
