How to unlock the Spokes in Two Wheels achievement in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - Definitive Guide

I'm not totally sure what is required to achieve this but I will state the bits I know and what I believe, the bits I'm unsure of are in underlined.

NOTE 1: As confirmed by Adibou you can use the kill switch to gain this achievement instead of the bomb disarm thus allowing you to choose if you want to do Mission 11 or Mission 12.

NOTE 2: As M33TSPINNER confirmed you can just knock Marchenko out without using the disarm device.

During the last mission once you reach the catering room and had the cut scene the game will tell you to choose between stopping Marchenko or rescuing Brown, choose rescue Brown and make your way to the objective. If you chose to do M12 make sure to give Miller the antidote after the cut-scene to gain another achievement.

Once you have saved Brown you can then move on to the objective of confronting Marchenko. When you meet him during the cut scene you will be given a prompt to use the bomb disarm device or the kill switch, use it and your done. If you have none of these then either use an EMP mine or grenade on him and then go up to him and knock him out.

The achievement should pop once the cut scene before the credits loads.

I used Marchenko's kill switch and the achievement popped.

It totally works if you are doing the bank heist path with mission 12.
You just have to make sure to save Brown and his people before stopping Marchenko.

I just fought and knocked Marchenko out and it still popped, you don't even need the disarm device...

You CAN get spotted when going to rescue Brown. Marchenko will get impatient, but he won't blow up the towers.

The kill switch is not needed if you choose M12. I used an EMP grenade on Marchenko and knocked him out which let me also get the Pacifist achievement.

Don't worry about any time limits, I went for the delegates first, took over an hour just taking out those guards and fully exploring the area. So there must not be a timer there, least not a very strict one.

Then when you get to the room where the delegates are, there's sort of a hidden door that leads right to Marchenko, and I mean literally right to him. I assumed I'd have to go back to the party area after saving the delegates to reach Marchenko, but nope.

I just wanted to confirm what Earthbound mentioned in the comment above (it seemed not true since the locations should be far from each other). There is a hidden door which you can see if you look closely at your map, which leads into a hallway which has an elevator at the end. When you use the security card on the elevator the Marchenko scene starts. So the two objectives are literally 10 seconds from each other, if you go to delegates first.

I've tested this and found that if I entered the Exhibition Hall first, Marchenko will launch into his monologue which stops his timer. Then when the fight began, I slipped upstairs and used the secret door to rescue the delegates. Then I fought my way through the mercs just for fun and took the long way back to Marchenko. Had all the time in the world.

Apparently there is a secret time limit on reaching Marchenko if you rescue to the delegates first. I took my time, avoiding guards, taking some out quietly. When I got to Marchenko, he blew up the buildings. According to a post on gamefaqs, you have 10 minutes. I have an earlier save that I will attempt again while rushing through cloaked & see if it changes.

Edit: Rushing through in cloaked mode I was able to get to Marchenko in time. I would suggest having plenty of biocells (10-15) and just go for the delegates & then straight to the boss fight. Don't waste any time with shortcuts or taking guards out.

This is very simple, in the last mission, London, you will meet Miller in the catering room and there will be a cut scene, after that you will have 2 choices, between stopping Marchenko or rescuing Brown, choose rescue Brown, because after you save Brown you will have time to face Marchenko.

(Missable!)

During Main Mission 15: Securing The Convention Centre, after getting into the Catering Area and locating Jim Miller, you’ll find out that the building is booby-trapped with explosives and the VIP guests are about to be poisoned with Orchid. This development leads to Main Missions M16 and M17 respectively. You will need to complete both M16 and M17 within 10 minutes. From where Jim Miller is, the door to the right will lead back to a closed gate at the reception area. Heading left past through the reception area leads to M16, whereas heading right where two thugs are leads to the VIP room where M17 is. If you choose to do M17 first, head to the VIP room to stop the poisoning then quickly make your way back to the reception and defeat Marchenko for M16, or vice versa if you choose to do M16 first. It should be noted that this trophy will unlock during the final cutscene of the game where it says “Praha - One Week Later”.

This achievement is missable and is earned for successfully completing all of the objectives in Mission 16, Stopping Marchenko, and Mission 17, Protecting the Future, in a single playthrough.

After the long cutscene with Miller at the end of Mission 15, you will be tasked with either stopping Marchenko (Mission 16) or saving the delegates (Mission 17). For this achievement, it doesn't matter which you choose first, just know that you have to move quickly! Assuming you decide to take on Marchenko first, keep in mind he will activate the bombs after ten minutes have expired, so move quickly to his position.

Once he has been defeated, you can move onto rescuing the delegates for Mission 17. Again, there is another ten minute timer here. You must have defeated Marchenko and reached the delegates in under ten minutes or else they will be poisoned. So long as you complete this final mission under the time constraint, you will unlock the achievement during the final cutscene for having accomplished both feats successfully.

In the 16th mission we go to fight with Marchenko. You will have 10 minutes to do everything. After that, he activates the bombs. Then go save Miller and the delegates. The trophy will unlock during the final scene.

Attention! The order of completing these 2 tasks is not important, only the time you spend completing them is important. That is, you can first go to save the delegates, and then go to a meeting with Marchenko. But, it is advisable that you have a developed “invisibility” branch and have at least 10 energy-replenishing plates.
Activate "Camouflage" and brazenly stomp past all enemies, periodically recharging your batteries.

We upgrade invisibility, and if possible, silent running. We buy/save cell batteries.

We quickly kill Marchenko with the button, then we simply run to the delegates past the enemies under invisibility and without unnecessary noise from steps.

In fact, in the hall where the delegates are located there is a hidden door. Along this path, of course, if you have a key card (taken from one of the guards), you can get to Marchenko in a few seconds, of course, after saving the delegates!!!

I still haven’t figured out how to get to Marchenko before preventing poisoning. Everyone writes about 10 minutes. But I ran around these floors for about 15 minutes, looking for a way to get to Marchenko earlier. In the end, he still went down the elevator, prevented poisoning, and Marchenko did not detonate the bombs. By some miracle.

The achievement you get also depends on the decisions you make. For example, if you went not to the bank, but to the girl who made bombs, then upon successful completion of the dialogue she will give a signal blocker for bombs. In the last mission, I saved the delegates, but did not make it to Marchenko, and before the battle I received a dialog box with the opportunity to block the detonator signal with a blocker. They gave me the trophy

In the 16th mission we are required to:
1) fight with Marchenko.
2) save Miller and the delegates.

Everything is given 10 minutes. The trophy will unlock during the final scene.

Recommendation:
Develop the “invisibility” branch and before completing the task, collect as many energy-replenishing plates as possible. Activate "Camouflage" and boldly walk past all enemies, periodically using the energy plate.
