Mission 7 (The Rucker Extraction)

When you start in the RVAC Row, go straight, up the ramp and climb the first ladder. If you go right, and hop up the trash to the next floor you find a little room with the Gold Penguin. You can carry it around, but you can't run or open doors. You have to put the penguin down every time you interact with something.

Now, in order to get "The Golden Rookery" Achievement, you have to carry the statue a good portion through the level and place him next to his colony.

Follow the mission marker to the restricted area that's protected by 2 guards and lasers. Get into the vent underneath the stairs and enter the next room.

CUTSCENE

Grab the gold penguin and continue to the next area that greets you with another set of lasers. Crawl through the opening to your left and continue on up the stairs. When you enter the market place you will see a police officer on the phone. He carries the keycard for the elevator. Wait until he stops talking and walks to the back. Take him out and grab the card. The elevator will spare you a lot of time and headache. Once you get off the elevator, step into the next room.

CUTSCENE

Grab the Gold Penguin from the previous room and continue on. Cloak through the lasers and disable them. Hack the terminal in the next room and take the elevator up.

The next area is filled with enemies and it's not easy to stay undetected, but if you go through the left container and jump up the bags to the next floor you won't have much trouble. Jump over the fence to your right and straight down another level through the opening in front of you. Go through the door and smash the vent. Shoot the Gold Penguin over the electrified area and jump over the electricity to find the golden penguin colony. Place your penguin on the chair to open up a hidden safe that holds a praxis kit for you.

You HAVE to have punch through walls to get this one. Might wanna add that.

at "Hack the terminal in the next room and take the elevator up." the information that it actually is a level 5 hack would help. you need to be able to do that or have a spare multi tool for that.

You can get around the level 5 hack if you hack into a shack just before the laser grid - there's a pocket secretary with the bridge code on it. Assuming you have an ARC passkey to get up the elevators there's no need to waste a multitool.

Thanks , knew about this achievement but forgot to check when it was luckily I am in this area now, I was near where you drop off the little guy and had no trouble getting back to collect him. Took maybe 3 minutes and with stealth.

This trophy is achievable in Main Mission 07: The Rucker Extraction. You must find the Golden Penguin Prince statue in a room on Level 3 of Utulek Complex when you first arrive in Golem City. You will need to carry this statue with you all the way up until you arrive at ARC Territory, which you’ll know because a cutscene plays upon your arrival. After the cutscene, you’ll need to find the entrance on the ground level to a hidden corridor where in the Golden Penguin statue colony resides. Bring the Golden Penguin Prince here and drop him in the chair with a red box. Doing so unlocks the trophy and a Praxis kit from a nearby wall compartment (Video credit to Powerpyx).

This achievement is missable and is earned in Mission 7, The Rucker Extraction.

At the start of this mission, you will eventually be stopped by a police officer. After this cutscene, take the ladder on the left-hand side to the upper level of the complex, then the ladder on the right-hand side to the level above. Inside the nearby building on your left is a golden penguin. You must pick it up and carry it through more half of the mission.

Once you have the penguin, just follow the objective waypoints and sneak past the policemen as you normally would. You should eventually reach an open market area with an elevator that leads to the upper floors of the complex (and acts as a short cut, too). Track down the patrolling police officer who has Tibor's elevator card and eliminate him quietly in order to retrieve the elevator pass key. Take the elevator with the penguin and continue following the objective waypoints.

When you reach the main storage complex filled with enemies, there will be a short cutscene. You must traverse this area carefully with the penguin, but your ultimate goal is the bottom level in the center of the complex. You'll need to enter the shack down there, punch through the weak grate (the "Punch Through Wall" augmentation is needed here), and move inside the tunnel with the penguin.

Continue on through this corridor and you will eventually reach a shrine with several golden penguins. Place your animal friend in the red velvet chair and the achievement will unlock, as well as a nearby safe containing a free Praxis Kit.

It is important to point out that to receive this trophy you MUST purchase the “Breaking through Walls” augmentation. Without it, there is no way to get the trophy. This is a note to those who, like me, decided not to spoil the game for themselves with video tips. I think there are enough such players.

The trophy can be obtained without the “breaking through walls” augmentation. There are two entrances to the place where the penguins are. Here's a video
