There are 7 series over the 4 seasons of the dirt tour you need to complete and finish 1st:

Season 1 - Brembo Blast - Lantosque Historic Run

Season 2 - Rampage - La Bollene Legends
- Off Road Rush - Alpine Open Cup

Season 3 - Gold Nixon Series - Castillon Trophy
- International Skirmish - Riveria Open

Season 4 - Season 4 - Repsol Masters - Le Seuil Legends
- Monster All Star Showdown - Battle in Lucéram

Okay, so there are 7 new Dirt Tour events that come with the Monte Carlo track pack, but you will first need to have all 4 seasons unlocked to complete them all.

Season 1
Brembo Blast - Lantosque Historic Run

Season 2
Rampage - La Bollene Legends
Off Road Rush - Alpine Open Cup

Season 3
Gold Nixon Series - Castillon Trophy
International Skirmish - Riveria Open

Season 4
Repsol Masters - Le Sevil Legends
Monster All Star Showdown - Battle in Luceram

You do not need to come first in every event, but to come first overall.

The achievement will unlock in the loading screen after winning the last Dirt Tour event.

This DLC pack adds a bunch of new events in DiRT Tour Mode. These won't be required for the core game trophy "From DiRT to Glory" though. You will need to go through each of the events one by one and come out as the overall winner from each. Same deal with these as the other DiRT Tour events, put the difficulty on 1 if you want the easiest time. They are all rally events as all the courses in this pack are rally.
