Red Pirates attack after floor 91 in Item World Legendary items. The Kuv Pirates travel on the War Galleon. If the pirates do not appear within three turns, then you can immediately move to the next level and expect an attack there. In order to get a pirate ship for Reverse Pirate, you need to kill all the enemies on the map.
