This spot is in the 4th mission (2nd Joe mission) on the first floor.
The video freezes at unfortunate times, but line up flush with the crate after taking out the roaming guard and aim straight left. When the guard is almost flush with the drone, take two quick shotgun shots. Eventually the timing will line up so that the 1st shot weakens both and the 2nd gets the Double Kill.
