get said power up and kill 5 enemies in a row (note if you get hit you drop the power up) , also you can get this from the Arcade challenge to shoot X enemies

I have done this 4 times with the gun that looks just like the one in the picture and didn't get it. When I got the power up that looked like a blunderbuss, I finally got it. Save the power up until there are enemies around, pick it up, and fire like crazy. It's pretty easy to get.

This one was sort of misleading to me. When I used the space pistol, I killed five enemies in one use and there was no trophy. However, when I used the Elephant Gun, the trophy popped. The Elephant Gun is the only gun that will work, so use it.

When the Blue VIC cube is on the screen, it means you can get a power up. Getting the right one and killing 5 enemies with it will get you the achievements. These can also be obtained in the HEX challenges.

Don't worry - the trophy is easy (almost a story-related one). As you progress, there will be a Shooting test (there is an endless upgrade) - the trophy is yours!
