How to unlock the Tag! You're it! achievement in Disney Universe - Definitive Guide

You'll need to start up a level with at least one other player. Once you defeat them a few times in a row (either by do enough damage to make them respawn or throw them off the level somewhere), a red box will appear floating around near the characters. This is one of Hex's curses, which is basically a negative power-up. All you have to do is run over to the box and grab it to get cursed. To transfer the curse, just go run into the other player and you should pass off the curse to them.

I have noticed that you will sometimes get a regular power-up to appear after you defeat another player a few times in a row. When this happened to me several times in a row, I'd just restart the level and try for it right at the very beginning.

You can easily get this achievement while trying for the "Playing to Win!" achievement.

This is an old game but for others just playing and to help with confusion on this, it's not just any of the red boxes. Only certain ones will trigger the achievement still. It took me 8 red boxes before it told me to touch another player to transfer the curse and then it finally popped. The other red boxes did not work.

After defeating another player several times a red power up will appear randomly.

Obtain this and there is a random chance it will be the cursed powerup, use it on the other player and the trophy will pop!

I was very lucky that the first powerup for me was the one needed, it turned the player into a small animal.

Must be done with at least two players. While playing, a HEX cube will appear and start chasing the players. If it touches you, you will be cursed, Simply touch another player while you're cursed to pass it along to them. Once you do this, the trophy will pop.

This achievement can also be gained alongside ‘All Together Now’.


When a red HEX cube pops up on the screen (which only comes up in multiplayer) you’ll get a curse. Some of them are transferable. In which case, run up to the other players and bump into them, giving you the achievement.
