Easily done on the first song on hard. When you get to a part with only a few simple button presses, spin the platter backwards one turn and replay the notes.
Avoid sections with crossfader moves since you might rewind to a different setting. You get a second or three to fix your fader but this can be tricky if you are new to the game.

Same as "720 Degrees" but just one whole turn. You can do this trophy on hard difficulty, select an easy song such as "Ain't no love in the heart of the city"/"Fuzz and them" or any song of "Scratching the surface" and get the streak needed. Check "720 Degrees" for more tips and information.
