I've tried reaching out on Twitter twice to no avail. I cannot find contact details for them anywhere else, either. So big gulp. Don't think this will be patched unless they happen to notice themselves.

The achievement description in game has been changed to Get hit by teleport laser. But it still won't unlock.

Can confirm it now works. Took like 10 secs to unlock.

It worked for me no issues today February 6th 2024. Just walked into the laser once and popped a few seconds later
