Ok people, to build this thing you will need first the Science Machine, then the Alchemy Engine.
The requirements to build each is as follows:
Science Machine = Rocks (x4) - Logs (x4) and Gold Nugget (x1).
Alchemy Engine = Boards (x4) - Cut Stone (x2) and Gold Nugget (x6)
Accomploshrine = Cut Stone (x1) - Gold Nugget (x10) and Gears (x6)
How to get:
Boards = Can be refined in the Science Machine, consumes 4 logs each piece.
Cut Stone = Refine in Science Machine, consumes 3 rocks.
Gold Nugget = Should be mined from large bouldes with golden stripes.
Gears = Droped from Clocwork Knights (looks like a knight chess piece), Clocworks Bishop (again, looks like a bishop chess piece) and the Clockwork Rook (looks like a mechanical bull of some sort).
These enemies are very difficulty to find, but is a bit luck based. You can search like 20 minutes or hours untill you find them. Just keep your eyes open for a small area with some marble trees around it and a checkered floor. It also have a circular thing in the center, where you put certain "things" you find across the map.
I highly advise to make a log armor and a spear before taking out theses guys, they´re not so tough, but can dish out a great amount of damage very quickly.
Now after you made the Accomploshrine, use it 725 times (just hold the X button near the machine to activate it) to unlock the "And Despair..." trophy. It shouldn´t take more than 20 minutes.

trophies are very easy to get if you choose custome game with settings on World:
DAY - ONLY DAY
SEASON- ONLY SUMMER
WOLFES - NO WOLFES
With these settings it took me 22 game days to complete these trophies.

Or you can start a non-RoG world with more Clockworks creatures (change the preset), more rocks and any good stuff you want, remove anything else you want, add more beefalos and more pigs, when you start, look for a group of Clockwork Rooks and Clockwork Knights, and try to make the Rook charge the Knight, it will destroy it, just dodge the Rook and loot the gears! You can even easily find gears around the world since sometimes pigs succeed in killing Clockwork creatures^^
