For this achievement lure an enemy towards a door. Open the door, go through it and kill the enemy as it crosses the door way. When the door closes it will crush the corpse.
You can lower the difficulty for this achievement.
Try to just use guns for this achievement as rockets can move the corpse when it strikes them.

I found that if you are killed by crushing - such as a pillar dropping from below - and then get crushed again post-mortem, the achievement unlocked. At least it did for me...

You will get this during gameplay, at least by episode 2 since there's more crushing ceilings compared to episode 1. Also, play on at least default difficulty.
