Interestingly, just noting, the achievement pops upon having completed 8 of the 9 levels.
As in, I had completed the secret level, so it popped when starting level 8 - phobos anomaly (so before officially finishing the chapter).

Strangest thing, I have gone through all these levels twice and can't get this to pop.
