The keys to quickly popping this trophy are

1. Grab the first chainsaw in the game at the very beginning of the first level (“Entryway”) by turning around at level start and following the path to your right leading outside.

2. After obtaining the chainsaw, just start mowing down enemies with it. Picking up a new weapon will cause an automatic switch so if that happens, hit the left or right bumper until you switch back to the chainsaw and then continue the slaughter.

3. Dying or finishing levels doesn’t reset the counter so just keep going until the trophy pops, respawning as necessary.
