This is for finding the secret id logo switch in the very last level of the game right before the Cyberdemon boss fight. The video takes place right after you come off of the stone elevator you ride, follow the video and you should have no problem finding the room. Do not forget to pick up the PDA in the newly opened room as well!

This secret room is found LITERALLY right before the final boss fight with the Cyberdemon.
Near the end of the game you will be wandering down a stone block cave pathway and every few feet you will find an alcove. The very last alcove (to the left of the boss trigger) will have one stone block with the id Software logo engraved on it. Simply press the 
button or 
on this stone and the achievement is yours.
