How to unlock the Big Boy achievement in Doom 3 - Definitive Guide

The fourth and final boss of Doom 3. Found on the last level Excavation. To defeat the boss you must use the Soul Cube a total of 4 times on it. There are an infinite amount of imp and maggot spawns in the arena you fight the Cyberdemon in. Just run around to charge the Soul Cube then launch it at the boss. Repeat 3 more times and you will beat the game.

Story related and cannot be missed.

This is the final boss of the main game; the infamous Cyberdemon. He is actually fairly easy to beat, even on Nightmare. What you’re going to want to do is to stay as far away from him as possible and keep dodging his missiles, just like in classic Doom. Use smaller enemies to charge the Soul Cube, and then launch it at him a total of FOUR times. Four hits from the Soul Cube will kill the Cyberdemon.
