(spoiler-light) Unmissable storyline achievement. You get this even if the Orlesians kick you out. After an attack on the Inquisition (and the "In your Heart shall Burn" achievement), You'll be able to do a mission in Orles concerning an assassination plot. Going there and completing the mission in any way (there's at least 4 ways to finish it) will earn this achievement.

To get this trophy you need to get 100% approval in the quest Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts. If you are playing as anything other than a human rogue or warrior, your approval rating is lowered at the start of the quest. Following this guide will get you to 100% regardless of your race/class.
The quested is broken up into three "scenes".
1. Outside of the Winter Palace and before they enter the ballroom for the first time.
2. After leaving the ballroom the 1st time but before returning the 2nd.
3. Everything after.
