In the beginning of Cadash Thaig, you will see a little mound of grass with a ray of light shining down on it. Behind it is a chest with an elf parchment. This item start a new quest, requesting to find informations about elves. You will find some in two piles of bones in the ruins (the first one is halfway through the Thaig, the second one is before the last brige), and the last one is a paper on a spear, to the left after the last bridge.

I've found the mound of grass u where taking about but I don't get what u mean by "behind it" there is no way behind anything

The first light is shinning on a mount of grass with a giant dwarf statue on it, that's not the one. Keep going, the right one is near the second magical vortex.

Sorry for the negative vote, but this solution is not nearly as good as the x360a.org guide for this achievement. I would suggest working in some of the similar detail.

After learning about the Eluvian in the Circle Tower, you will have to head to Cadaish Thaig and caves near a Dalish camp (if you played the Dalish Elf origin, you'll know all about these caves). In Cadaish Thaig, there are four writings to look out for. Once you have all four, the achievement will unlock.

  • Worn Note - After crossing the fourth bridge in the Thaig, you’ll fight a group of darkspawn led by a Hurlock Alpha, head around a path to the left. It’ll be in a chest near a campfire.
  • Worn Journal – After finding two of the Lights of Arlathan, there will be an open area where you will fight more Darkspawn. To the right, is a little alley with a pile of bones at the end. The journal will be here.
  • Torn Letter – Near one of the vortexes used to find the Lights (off to the right side), there will be another pile of bones near a few large boulders. The letter is in the pile.
  • Scrap of Paper – After crossing a bridge, there will be a vortex. To the left of it, will be a scrap of paper stuck on a stake. Coincidentally, it’s called the Scrap of Paper. There’s the last of the lore.

After you kill the first group of darkspawn in Teig Kadash, go to the place
where they stood - nearby in the visibility zone, there will be a chest.

Having taken out a note from there, you will activate the task “The History of Kad'Halash” - the very elven city
on top of which the teig is built.

You need to find 4 notes, each of which will add an article about the death of the elven city to your codex.

The chests are unlocked and are easy to find if you run through the location with the LT button held down.

Press the button and inspect the location, if we see something, we approach and study.

There are 4 notes in total - the last one will hang on the peak, immediately behind the last bridge in the location.
