Zevran is quite possibly the easiest character to do this with. If you don't have him yet just keep playing through the story. Eventually he'll ambush you and after you defeat him you'll have the option to spare his life.

He uses a lot of sexual innuendo when he speaks and if you respond to these positively you'll quickly gain his favor. Whenever you see the option to make a similar remark yourself go ahead and take it. If you're male (yes he swings both ways) make sure you don't take offense when he asks you how you feel about him fancying you. Also, avoid calling him a murderer whenever he talks about his history as an assassin.

If you're unsure how to speak to him make sure you save before starting your conversations so that you can just reload your save if you lose favor with him. Eventually your conversations will become more and more vulgar and the option to sleep with him will appear.

You can also give him gifts but I found that unnecessary. I was able to get this achievement in only one very long conversation with him shortly after he joined my party. Just keep an eye out for the option "Care to join me in my tent?"

Showing you how to get this achievement without gifts or with doesn’t matter:

Zevran is quite possibly the easiest character to do this with. Zevran is a bi-sexual character and can hook up with anyone male/female. If you don't have him yet just keep playing through the story. Eventually he'll ambush you during your travels to different cities. After you defeat him you'll have the option to spare his life. Before doing any romancing SAVE! SAVE SAVE! Just in case something happens that you don’t like. If you're unsure how to speak to him make sure you save before starting your conversations so that you can just reload your save if you lose favor with him. Eventually your conversations will become more and more vulgar and the option to sleep with him will appear. If you need a visual skip all this stuff video at the bottom from my channel will show you how to get this achievement easy.

[Remember gifts aren’t necessary] You can give a few gifts or save a few gifts just in case he gets upset. Here are the gifts he likes if you have them on you:
Note: Zevran likes any and all gold bars, but he also appreciates the Dalish Deerhide Gloves and the Antivan Leather Boots.

Once you get him back at camp, ask him if he’d “Care to answer some questions.”
+12 Approval
– Care to answer some questions?
– Why did you want to leave the Crows, exactly?
– But what would you rather do?
– That sounds awful.
– So what is it that you fancy, exactly? (Zev’s dialog differs depending on the sex of the Warden. Skip this line if you don’t want to romance him.)
– Not at all.
– I’m happy to have you along.

[Option: Give him his favorite gift it’s not necessary] This next part could jump and skip if you give him some gifts but I just did it anyways to be sure.

+6 Approval
-Care to answer some questions:
– Do you actually enjoy being an assassin?
– No, you’re probably right. (I think you can also ask him if him if he’s ever killed an innocent and get the same result.)
– I know what you mean.
– Handsome elf like you? I can think of a few things.

Next time you click on him he will start the conversation. (The conversation will jump here if you give him a gift and depending on how much he likes you)

+13 Approval
– Go ahead.
– Is this after I ravish you in celebration?
– I could always use a friend.
– I’d like that.

+23 Approval / Become his lover (he’ll accept by now. There’s numerous ways to go through this conversation, but this was my highest approval rate.)

– Care to join me in my tent?
– I just want to talk to you – in private.
– It wouldn’t be private if we talked about it out here.
– Fine, get in my tent. No more questions.
– I say it’s about damned time.

The cutscene rolls.

– You’re practically a public menace.
– Now we go on as before.
– That sounds fine by me.

Zev will eventually warm up to the Warden and essentially fall in love as long as you don’t push the issue with him.

If you don’t want to rush the romance, you can wait and he’ll eventually come to the Warden and initiate sex.

For Females: The one thing he won’t tolerate is the Warden being involved with Alistair if Alistair’s approval is too high. I’ve never checked with Leliana or Morrigan, but I’m assuming it’s the same. While Zev isn’t jealous, he basically doesn’t want to cause hurt feelings between the others in your group and will ask that you choose either the other person or him.

For Males: You can have a tringle romance and you want to get the achievement where you hooked up with the others, so I wouldn’t load up a different save I would try to stick with trying to make a love tringle. It is possible to hook up with 3 characters in one playthrough but some disapprove and will make you break up with others and talking with others will make negative hearts. Try to avoid talking to people after romancing. I had to break up with Morrigan because Leliana wants you to be just with her. If you are just with Leliana and talk to her after hooking up with Zervarn then you’ll have to break it off with Zervarn. But I haven’t talk to anyone yet so I’d suggest ignoring people and saving a lot after this because you could trigger conversations.

Threesomes: You can get into a 4-some or 3-some with Zevran with Isabela (the lady pirate at the Pearl in Denerim.) There’s no cutscene for it, but some of the dialog is pretty humorous.

To do the 4-some you’ll need a Warden involved with Leliana. Take Zev in your group and your Warden can get into the conversation with Isabela. You’ll need some persuasion to get her to take you up on the offer. I think it takes 3 blocks Persuasion, although you may only need 2. I’ve only done this once for curiosity sake, so I don’t remember exactly how much it took. I think my guy had 5 in it at the time.

Ask Isabela to teach you to be a Duelist then opt in for “isn’t there some other way for us to get to know each other?”
Go through the conversation and Leliana will join you. If Zev is in the group, he knows Isabela from the past and will want to join in the fun, too. Tell him yes to get Approval from him.

(Updated) For a 3-some you just have to Zevran in your party. Go through the same basic steps, just without Leliana. This didn’t trigger a romance with him unless I was in one.

Zev won’t join Alistair and a female Warden, presumably respecting Alistair’s preferences. Zev will have some lines and demure if the three of them go off to shake the ship rafters together.

Zevran's actually very easy to do. You can romance him as a male or a female. If you've already completed a play through, you'll likely have a save in which you've already met Zevran. Simply load up this save and follow the dialogue options in A Batwoman's guide. Basically you want to ask him about why he left Crows and his life as an assassin. Then, once his approval is high enough, talk about your friendship and romance him. To pass his approval threshold you'll need to give him a few gifts, but those are rather easy to acquire and you'll likely have some with you. If you need more, you can talk to Bodahn and Sandal in the party camp.
