This is pretty much exactly the same as World Tournament Champ:
This has to be on "Cell Games" not World Tournament, as their is a separate achievement for that.
Simple enough, just go into world tournament and select cell games, set up how many fighters and what settings to use and difficulty, now just win it, can be done on any difficulty so don't worry, though if you finish it on hard then you will get both this achievement and Cell Games True Champ:
