How to unlock the Discoverer achievement in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2 - Definitive Guide

The guide below is close, but not exactly how you unlock the hidden routes. The correct methods are methods are:

Spherical Zone: Defeat Android 14 with a super attack

Spiral Zone: Defeat Kid Trunks while in Raging Soul

Circle Zone: Defeat Racoome with an Ultimate Attack

Triangle Zone: Land a 20 hit combo during the battle with Cell

Ultimate Lozenge Zone: Defeat Frieza with an Ultimate Attack

Ultimate Spherical Zone: Land a combo of 20 hits during the battle with Dore

Ultimate Spiral Zone: Defeat Super Trunks with a Super Attack

Ultimate Circle Zone: Defeat Teen Gohan with an Ultimate Attack

Ultimate Triangle Zone: Defeat Goten while in Raging Soul

Ultimate Final Zone: Defeat Bardock with a Super Attack

Okay, about time somebody did this. This is a list of secret routes I've recieved and how they are recieved. If I missed one please let me know!

Dabura - Beat Racoome with ultimate attack

Janemba - Go left then beat perfect cell with Gogeta's Stardust Breaker without items equipped

Turles - Beat Frieza with Tarble's Ultimate

SS3 Goku - This one confuses ppl the most, no...it's not the Stardust breaker. You must defeat the third enemy with at least a 20 hit combo. Before you break your controller...use Burter's ultimate attack, does mega-damage and is 30+ hits.

Bojack - Beat Gohan with Vegeta (Scouter) ultimate attack

Meta-Cooler - Beat Goten while in Raging Soul

Natural Goku - Beat Bardock with any super attack

Super Buu - Beat go left, then beat kid trunks with SS Goku's meteor smash

Frieza - Beat Android 14 with Meta-Cooler's finger blitz barrage

Cooler - Go right, then beat Kid Trunks while in Raging Soul

I don't know what went wrong but when I followed the instructions for Janemba I didn't get it. However, I had no trouble at all getting it on the SS3 Goku fight. Thanks for such a complete guide. Votes up :)

^And by fight I mean Zone, in case anyone has confusion. I believe the fight is against Dore.

Hidden routes occur when you meet special conditions in one of the battle zones. The hidden route will reveal itself during the first or second person of the zone, here is a list of the known hidden routes:

  1. Spherical Zone - Stage 2 - Defeat Android #14 with a Super Attack.
  2. Spiral Zone - Stage 3B - Defeat Kid Trunks while in Raging Soul.
  3. Circle Zone - Stage 2 - Defeat Recoome with the Ultimate Attack.
  4. Triangle Zone - Stage 4A - During your fight with Cell land a combo of at least 20 hits.
  5. Ultimate Lozenge Zone - Stage 3 - Defeat Frieza with the Ultimate Attack.
  6. Ultimate Spherical Zone - Stage 3 - During your fight with Dore land a combo of at least 20 hits.
  7. Ultimate Spiral Zone - Stage 3A - Defeat Super Trunks with a Super Attack.
  8. Ultimate Circle Zone - Stage 1 - Defeat Teen Gohan with the Ultimate Attack.
  9. Ultimate Triangle Zone - Stage 3B - Defeat Goten while in Raging Soul.
  10. Ultimate Final Zone - Stage 3 - Defeat Bardock with a Super Attack

Notes:

  • A and B refer to which route you have to take, A being the left and B the right.
  • Items, score, health and the time taken to finish the fight do not count toward unlocking the hidden routes
  • For the zones, requiring the combo to unlock the hidden route, the combo can be done anyway possible at any point during the fight, how you finish the fight is irrelevant.
