Before you can unlock this trophy you must unlock Majin Vegeta from Galaxy Mode. Go into Battle mode and select Majin Vegeta and Majin Buu. Weaken Buu a little bit and then charge up into High Tension and press down on the 
and you will unlock this trophy during the Ultimate move animation so long as it kills him.
