Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 2

Easily done, the quickest way I found was to create a custom character and equip Super Health Power Down to them and Defense Power Down, now go and set up a battle with the CPU and make sure you fight AGAINST that custom character, when you beat them in the fight select restart and repeat until the achievement unlocks.
