This is a list of what is required for all the titles in the game, there are a total of 216 titles.
You will need Xbox LIVE for this achievement, as there are only a max of 69 (70 if the default title counts toward the total) that can be obtained not over Xbox LIVE. I would recommend finding a boosting partner to help you work on the titles, as you can do player matches for almost all the titles and a lot of them relate to winning with a certain character or winning in a certain way, with only the rank ones requiring ranked matches to be played, and since there are only 7 of those you do not have to bother.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You may want to back out to the main screen every so often, the first one you go to after the title screen. This is so that the game will save your progress, because while going for this achievement both my friend and I had our Xboxs lock up while starting up a fight, and this was not the first time this had happened to me while playing this game, and because of it the progress we had made since the last time it saved was lost.

What people should know is that when you're done boosting, you need to back out of the online menu to the main menu to save your progress. I lost a couple of hours of boosting because of this.

I can confirm that the default title counts towards the achievement. So you only need to get 99 titles.

To unlock this trophy you must have access to PSN otherwise you will not be able to unlock this. About 70 of the titles are for completing a battle zone with each individual character as well as completing all the battle zones and ultimate zones, the rest involve fulfilling different online conditions, the title requirements are given to you in the Title list in the online menu.
