Simple, If you don't want to worry about wishing for the unlockable stages simply play galaxy mode, I unlocked it on the 3rd character I played as and I hadnt been to any other modes besides tutorial.

For this trophy you must start a fight on each map in the game. Going into versus a number of maps are unavailable to you and must be unlocked through galaxy mode and given to you through wishes from Sheron however if you simply play through galaxy mode you will eventually unlock it naturally.
