I've gone through Arcade mode twice and it still hasn't unlocked...

U need to do more than 3.000 points in order to unlock the achievement.

The #1 ranking is 3000 points. There are 10 battles for you to complete. Simply win each battle and do good in all of them. You score will add up at the end of your last battle. Also, achieving #1 rank in any SBT's will unlock a new mode for you to complete.
