How to unlock the Fashion King achievement in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast - Definitive Guide

complete all dragon ball collections including locked levels. then collect enough stars to buy the extra costumes in the star shop. should cost 65 stars total. easy to do just by beating the game on hard and getting some along the way. you can also turn off auto-save before you buy the costumes and dashboard out after you get the achievement if you want to keep your stars.
