You don't need to unlock them, because they are not locked.

When you first start the game there are 10 maps. No maps are unlocked and there is only 10. To get this achievement you need to battle in any mode in versus mode on every single stage ONCE.

Pretty simple. All 10 maps are unlocked from the beginning, so just run through them real quick in VS mode and you get yourself an easy achievement.

There are 10 maps. Just battle once on all of them and you'll get the trophy before your 10th battle begins.

This trophy can easily be combined with any battle trophies earned in Versus Mode.

In total you need to fight on 10 maps, or rather:

5)Cell Games

6)Abandoned City
