Dragon Ball: Raging Blast

The goal is to get 100.000 D points.

The easiest way is to do the stages, you get every stage around the 3000 D points and do the Super Battle Trail.
If you have all dragon balls do the wish and get the money.

As stated by AxillaryMees, you will need to get 100,000 D-Points for this achievement to count. As far as I know, you have to have them at one time as well.

I highly recommend that you do not go out of your way to get D-Points for this achievement, as you will get this achievement easily if you don't spend your D-Points. Just go through story mode and save all your D-Points. If you're going for all the Saga, Star Collector and the Hard achievements, you will get this easily, as I had well over 400,000 D-Points by the time I was finished with those three achievements.

However, if you're adamant on grinding money, the best way is to play the Punching Machine in Super Battle Trial, which is unlocked after playing several of the available modes. This mode will give you good amounts of money for high scores (and even 5000 if you manage to get 137 exactly), usually around 1500 per decent try (though I have gotten as much as 12,000 for 4000 points). You also have a good chance of unlocking a Dragon Ball Battle, which allows you to fight a random character for a dragon ball. Once you get all 7, you can wish for 30,000 D-Points. If you do this 3 times, you'll have 90,000 points, not counting your Punching Machine winnings.

Once your total reaches 100,000 points, you'll get this achievement.
