Ok for this acheivement all you have to do is beat 25 fighters to get the #1 rank. For this I used SS3 Goku and stayed far back as I could and charged up my Ki so I could use the Super Kamehameha.

Any clue, why i didn't get the achievement? Maybe because i used a DLC character?
