For this achievement you must beat 40 teams in the team battle section of super battle trial. You start with 2 pages of teams. Every 5 teams you beat will unlock another page. You must beat all the teams up to page 8.
You should unlock a dragon ball battle every 2 teams that you beat. I suggest going to do these in between team battle fights in order to collect all the dragon balls multiple times for your item collecter achievement.

Just wanted to add that a Dragon Ball Battle doesn't unlock every 2 matches. They unlock every match that you beat the high score on.

There are 10 levels with 5 battles in each one. You'll get this after you've opened all the levels.
