You will need to complete a few missions before the game will allow you to convert YOUR game into a multiplayer session. You can however join another person who has already unlocked this setting and get this in their game.

Quickest and easiest way to get this is have the person who is dying to just stand in the Aether (Water looking stuff) at the very edge of land and just stay there until they die. The person going for the achievement just needs to walk over to the grave and resurrect them. Rinse and repeat for anyone else who needs.
