You will need a drake that gives the Blazing buff (when you find a drake in the ground you can save just before it and keep reloading the save to get the buff you need).
You can select what buff(s) are active by holding the relevant drake and selecting Obtain Buff.
Once this is done melee enemies with
and you should see the tracker going up, once you have hit 100 different enemies the achievement should pop.
