There is a drake that will give you to ability to use electric attacks on all your meele weapons. If your lucky enough to find him all you need to do is find an electric guitar and attacks enemies with it.

Is the guitar the same as an electric guitar? ive not found an electric guitar in the entire play through though ive seen the guitar a couple of times.

I will answer my own question for anyone that comes along. The weapon is called Guitar and not Electric guitar. The way I got a Guitar was to look for a couple of weapon bags that were closed together and keep reloading if one of them didn't drop a guitar. My drop rate was around 1 to 3% based on reloading somewhere around 30 to 40 times.

To get this achievement, you need to get the weapon "guitar" and the buff from the electric drake then killing an enemy.
I get this on my second playthrough because the guitar is really hard to drop and I had to farm again for the electric drake.
I recommend you to change the weapon drop option (did it when starting the second game) to make the guitar drop more easy and try to farm the drake later in the game (autumn or summer) by finding a spot with 2 drakes (that will increase your chance to get the electric drake because you can't get 2 drakes of the same type).
It's also possible to get this achievement in multiplayer if the host has both conditions (I also help someone in the gaming session to get both multiplayer achievements) : The host need to drop the guitar and calling a raid then the guest need to find the electric drake to get the buff.
I hope this will be usefull and sorry for my bad english ;).

Oddly, this works if you hit a drake with it as well. I finally got a guitar and test swung it in my base and accidentally hit a drake... and the achievement popped.

When you rescue a drake you can check its type in the top left corner under its age and energy crystal. I found the weapon in the first biome and the drake in the second but you might find them somewhere else.
When you have the weapon and the drake, make sure the guitar is equipped and buff is active by selecting "Obtain Buff". Then find an enemy to attack and the achievement should pop.
