Less a guide and more a story of how I stumbled into this one:
I was trying to farm retreats using the normal The Long Game challenge, where the VP cap for the last round is 12. I picked Beast and abused his signet with the Fremen track to win most conflicts.
I lucked out with a Secret card draw 'Plans within Plans', and because of snagging the Quiznos Cadillac card early and therefore able to level up the rest of the Influence tracks pretty simply, I was due for +2 points at the end of the game. The last round's conflict scored me a Secret card where I could pay 6 gold to get 1 more VP. I triggered the final game end round by hitting my 12th VP moving my fourth influence track above an AI to get the leader bonus (12 VPs), I dumped nothing into that conflict so some AI got some points, but I scored 2 VPs from PwP and then burned the final plot card to trade 6 gold for 1 more VP, totally 15.
This was also the game where, because I was Beast and just poured everything into every conflict, again trying to farm retreats, I stumbled into winning a conflict with 30 power too.
Note too for those who haven't finished the normal challenge 'The Long Game', the Heroic version has a VP cap of 13, so may be easier to get it there.
