Highly missable

This is the most missable trophy in the game. There is no tracker to tell you exactly what password puzzles are, but I believe they refer to any numeric keypad code. Most of these will be needed to progress, but the safe in the kitchen in Section 4 that contains the cleaver is not needed for the story.

If you follow my walkthrough you will earn the trophy when you open the safe in Section 5, as there are no keypad codes in Section 6.

If you miss this, you likely have missed the safe in Section 4, and replaying that Section should unlock the trophy

In each section you will need to find passwords to briefcases, safes and locked doors to get memos and items needed to progress. There are a total of 14 password puzzles in the game. One in section 1, six in section 2, two in section 3, three in section 4 and the last two will be in section 5 along with the trophy.
