How to unlock the I Will Always Remember This Day achievement in DYING: Reborn - Definitive Guide

Story related, cannot be missed. Awarded for completing Section 4: The Corrupted Land.
To finish Section 4 you will need to empty the drain in the middle of the room by going to the pipes on the wall and enter code 23995 then get the ice scraper from the drain. Next enter code 711 into the refrigerator dial and use the scraper on the ice to get a frozen heart, heat it in the microwave and place it on the plate on the table to start the cutscene that ends this section.
Make sure you get the ball from the pumpkin on the counter by using a cleaver on it before placing the cleaver in the wooden head and then place the item in the microwave, you will need this for the next section. If you miss it just replay section 4.
