I got this achievement in Shu story mode while playing as Zhuge Liang. I equipped an Iron Fan as one weapon and a War Fan as the other (It's the one that he gets an EX bonus on).
These weapons feature Switch Attacks (performed by switching weapons with the Right Bumper), that juggle opponents while also landing multiple hits.
With these weapons equipped, I approached a general near a wall (either stone or fort) and repeatedly switched weapons while keeping them against the wall. Repeated tapping RB causes a multitude of wind gusts to hit the enemy officer, keeping him in the air. As long as you keep the officer in your sights, you can continue to move up and down the wall with him, using the switch attacks to keep him levitated.
The advantage of using this method is that these attacks will also strike surrounding enemies. So you can switch quick enough that you won't get interrupted by any peons in your way.
Also, the switch attacks don't do much damage. So you don't have to worry about accidentally KOing the enemy officer while trying to juggle them.
EDIT: Thanks to commenters who pointed out you could just as easily accomplish this by equipping two Iron Fans and rapidly switching.

I got this easily by playing as an officer who has a wind circle with every attack, so they can attack people on the ground. Just get on a horse and get an officer pinned against a wall and keep attacking and the achievement will popped up.
An alternative way is to use Huang Zhong, or another character with a bow. One attack at close range adds 6 or more to the counter, so it should be easier to get 50 hits.

the highest i can get was 40 and my combo keeps reseting like its at 30 then suddelny goes back to 5 and up

i ysed Huang Zhong on the 1st Conquest mission with a ally officer asking u to take out the base near them idk how i got it but i made it up to a max of 80 combos still a lil hard to keep track of how many combos u did when it jumps all the way around

I got this one in the first Mission on the Shu Campaign while playing Liu Bei Twin sword style with no upgraded skills, weapons or anything.
Just pick one standard Soldier and kill him with X,Y aerial attack. When you land just walk on step forward and use X,Y again so the Combo stays active. If you reach 50+ the achievement pops instantly.

This is easier then it sounds the way i did it is i was useing liu bei and i kept doing his 4th attack so it was x x x x y over and over again and it just juggles and thats the easiest way i saw it hope this helps

For this trophy, all you need is a bow weapon. You might want to also pic a character capable of using it well. Just attack an enemy officer and keep spamming your regular attack. It won't necessarily work the first time. My first few attempts, I got combos in the high 30s or low 40s. You will get lucky after a few tries.
