Quite simple, it's all in the ttile. You have to finish the battle of Chibi. I did it on the Shu side but i guess that you can do it on every side, except maybe the Jin.
This battle is in two parts. for the Shu, the fisrt part is a boat trip with Zhao Yun (if i remember correcty) and the second is a chase for Cao Cao with Guan Yu. No difficulty here, especially on the easiest level of difficulty.
