This, just like all the alliance battle achievements, require you to finish 5 alliance stages for a kingdom in conquest mode.
The tiles are generally stat boosting tiles (an arrow pointing up is on the tile) and they are spread out all over the map, the only way to find them is to highlight them and look at the name, as they will all have a name like "Wu alliance battle 4". You can do the battles in any order you like.
The stages are generally just battles you've played in story mode but with basically no story or stratagems.
